Job Description- Lead the analytics team to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain the BI strategy for the organisation.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports.
- Train and mentor junior members of the team.
- Present data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a comprehensible manner.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in BI tools and strategies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior BI Analyst should have:
- A relevant degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in BI tools and data modelling.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- A keen interest in public sector work and a passion for using data to drive results.
- An estimated annual salary of £46,000+ DoE
