Finance and Accounts Administrator

At Pip Decks, we are in search of a detail-oriented and experienced Finance and Accounts Administrator to join our team. Working closely with our CFO, you will help ensure our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a part-time role, with the flexibility for non-linear hours that suit your lifestyle, with potential to go full-time depending on workload.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage purchase orders for both stock and non-stock items.
- Track and report on marketplace warehouse transfers.
- Maintain cost price of stock in web store reporting.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and validate stock deliveries.
- Confirm invoices against purchase orders before payment.
- Raise sales invoices.
- Manage royalty tracking, reporting, and invoicing.
- Administer staff/HR tasks including onboarding and offboarding, handling leave requests, etc.
- Prepare weekly payment runs for CEO approval.
- Manage supplier contracts and provide related reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Undertake additional bookkeeping duties as required.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience with ecommerce / retail business models
- A highly organised and process-driven approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with cloud software.
- Comfortable with remote working.
- AAT certification or working towards it (desirable).
- Experience with Xero (desirable).

- Proactive with a strong ability to self-manage and take ownership of key tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the company.
- Comfortable working in a remote, async environment.
