Contract Type: Full time, PermanentAnnual Salary: £30,860 + end of year bonus and an excellent benefits package (OTE £33,946)
Your Role:As a Forklift Driver, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of the logistics department. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Operating counterbalance and reach forklifts safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles with precision
- Organising and positioning stock to maximise productivity
- Picking and packing orders with attention to detail
- Maintaining forklift equipment and performing routine checks
- Upholding health and safety standards at all times
- Collaborating with team members to ensure high service delivery
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Current Forklift certification (Counterbalance & Reach)
- Proven experience in a warehouse environment
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive approach with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Team-oriented with a professional and resourceful attitude
