• Direct and oversee all aspects of the organisation's financial management and accounting functions.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets and forecasts.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in accordance with statutory requirements.
• Monitor and manage financial risks and compliance.
• Lead and mentor the accounting and finance team.
• Collaborate with other department heads to drive financial performance.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Financial Controller should have:

• Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Proven experience in a senior financial leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of financial management principles and practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• High level of integrity and professional ethics.

• A competitive salary range of approximately £80,000 - £85,000 per annum.
