About the roleWithin this Intellectual Property Legal Director role, you will be collaborating with clients and colleagues across the business to work on both contentious and non-contentious IP matters. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing the non-contentious side of IP practiceDeveloping and implementing strategies for the protection and commercial use of IP rights
Conducting legal research
Advising clients on arrangement and negotiations
About YouThe successful candidate for this role will ideally have at least 7+ years PQE within IP, is looking to take the next step in their career, has strong analytical thinking and has fantastic client care skills.
