We are currently seeking dedicated Environmental Cleaning Operatives who can contribute to our mission of maintaining safe and healthy environments. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that our facilities remain welcoming and compliant with health and safety regulations.
ABM delivers these custom facility solutions to properties across a wide range of industries – from commercial office buildings to schools, airports, hospitals, data centres, manufacturing plants and distribution centres, entertainment venues and more.

PAY RATE: £12.00 per hour

In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, ensuring that our facilities remain welcoming and compliant with health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities- Perform regular cleaning and sanitation tasks in various facilities, including offices, shopping centers, and airports.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety standards during all cleaning operations.
- Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment safely and effectively.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Maintain records of cleaning activities and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from site users.
- Previous experience in a cleaning or facilities role preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to cleaning.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform cleaning tasks.
