About us
Bladon House School is a residential school setting that specialises in autism, speech and language disorders, moderate to severe learning difficulties and associated behavioural difficulties. Our residents are aged between 5-19 years old.
The Role
If successful you will join the catering team and assist with the smooth running of food preparation. You will promote a healthy and nutritious diet for the residents of Bladon House School, accommodate their dietary requirements and maintain high standards of hygiene at all times.
You will work within the kitchen team as well as providing food service in the cafeteria, this means you will have the opportunity to get to know people across the whole site as well as our exceptional young people!
Essential Criteria- Hygiene qualification
- Awareness of food safety regulations
- Attention to detail and good communication skills
- Organised
- RIPHH or equivalent desirable
- Basic Food Handling Certification desirable
