EEAST NHS Pathways Support Officer | East of England Ambulance Service Trust

This is a key role for supporting the rollout of NHS Pathways within EEAST. This role will support best practice, establish and drive consistency, and work collaboratively with the Regional and Local DoS Teams to ensure the DoS and other key dependencies are ready for NHS Pathways go-live, and support the post-mobilisation phase.
  • Support the EEAST DoS Lead in the rollout of NHS Pathways within EEAST.
  • Provide reporting to highlight quality assurance issues and maintain a log of actions across multiple team.
  • To arrange a wide range of meetings in a variety of locations with different individuals, teams and project groups.
  • Co-ordinate responses from the project group and wider stakeholders.
  • Take and transcribe meeting minutes and produce actions logs and risk registers as relevant to the meeting.
