Part time HR Recruitment Coordinator 1 Year contract

HR & Recruitment Coordinator 1 Year fixed term contract Our client is seeking a proactive HR & Recruitment Coordinator to join their team on a 1-year fixed term contract for 4 days per week.Reporting to the HR & Recruitment Business Partner you will provide a complete administrative and coordination service to the HR Team in respect of recruitment, starters and leavers, payroll support and absence issues.Responsibilities: Coordinating recruitment activity: advertising roles, scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, managers, and agenciesManaging onboarding: drafting contracts and offer letters, handling pre-employment checks, and delivering top-notch inductionsSupporting payroll by maintaining accurate records and assisting with data inputDrafting communications for employee updates and keeping our intranet (SharePoint) fresh and informativeAttending and coordinating 5-week reviews and probationary meetings, including follow-up lettersSupporting HR reporting and producing engaging presentations on key metricsHelping administer our annual employee satisfaction survey and report on resultsOwning the leavers process: issuing documentation, conducting exit interviews, and updating systemsSupporting health, safety, and facilities coordination with external partnersAssisting with visa applications, sponsorships, and inter-company visitsTaking part in continuous improvement of HR systems and processes Experience required: Previous experience in a busy HR support or coordination roleA strong understanding of the recruitment process and onboarding best practicesExcellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detailConfidence with systems and Microsoft Office (experience with SharePoint is a bonus!)Proactive mindset with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlinesA team player who enjoys working collaboratively across departments and regions Our client offers a favourable benefits package including Private Healthcare and 26 days annual leave.If you are a team player who is able to think outside the box and manage and ever-changing workload this could be the role for you!If you would like to know how we will store and process your data, please visit The Recruitment Groups home page to read our GDPR Data Protection Statement.We wish you the best of luck in your job search!
