The Vacancy

Newcastle College is seeking to appoint a Curriculum Leader within the Health Department. This provision is vast and offers a range of courses in health, social care. All programmes have been written by experienced staff, with input by local industry experts, to expose students to a current and relevant curriculum.

The current team is a dedicated and talented group of industry experts who pride them selves on putting the student at the heart of everything they do.

This curriculum leader position will lead the FE provision and support the Head of Curriculum in the management of the section in order to ensure the section performance is aligned to college key performance indicators. They will also line manage and report to ensure high levels of performance within the curriculum area and support the Head of Curriculum in ensuring the delivery of a high standard of learner experience and is prepared for internal and external scrutiny.

Lead the implementation of industry standard and College requirements including quality, finance and health and safety.
