Position Overview:
As a Sales Advisor, you will be the face of ProCook, welcoming customers and assisting them in finding the perfect products to enhance their cooking and dining experiences. Your enthusiasm and product knowledge will help drive our sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet customers in a friendly manner.
- Assist customers in product selection and provide knowledgeable advice.
- Drive sales through effective engagement and demonstration of products.
- Maintain a clean and organized store, ensuring product displays are appealing.
- Process transactions and handle customer inquiries and returns.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and create a positive team environment.
Requirements
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in retail or customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for kitchenware and cooking is a plus!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong teamwork skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and to be able to open and close the Store.
