Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic intern to join our Real Estate & Property Maintenance team. This internship will provide valuable hands-on experience in the real estate and property management industry, as well as the opportunity to work with a dynamic and experienced team.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the day-to-day operations of property management, including tenant relations, maintenance requests, and property inspections
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained and identify any potential issues
- Assist in coordinating and overseeing property maintenance and repairs, including obtaining quotes and scheduling contractors
- Assist in the preparation of lease agreements, rental agreements, and other property-related documents
- Conduct market research and analysis to assist in setting rental rates and identifying potential investment opportunities
- Assist in the marketing and advertising of available properties, including creating property listings and managing online platforms
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in the collection and processing of rent payments and other financial transactions
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to learn about the real estate and property management industry
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of property management software is a plus
- Must be able to commit to a minimum of 3 months for the internship
- Hands-on experience in the real estate and property management industry
