As the CI Lead, you’ll spearhead the goal of creating a CI Culture within the factory. Your key responsibilities will include coaching and training the team on CI principles, tools, and techniques. Leading all improvement projects with the goal of maximising efficiency, reducing waste, and enhancing product quality.
To excel in this position, influence and analytical skills are key. A deep dive into data to craft a robust CI strategy is essential.
Key Requirements:
CI leadership experience within the FMCG industryProven track record as a project manager
Strong coaching and communication skills
Ability to confidently present ideas to senior management
