Job Description
There are 6 posts available - 3 based at Grangemouth Sports Complex and 3 based at Mariner Leisure Centre. Hours of work are 35 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team? Do you excel in a hands-on, fast-paced environment? As our Senior Leisure Attendant, you will be at the core of our operations, supervising and guiding the team to ensure every customer receives a VIP experience.You will take responsibility for coordinating duties, and overseeing the smooth running of our venues, whilst always ensuring seamless service delivery. Your leadership will be key in fostering a high-performing team focused on providing outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities- Provide operational supervision across venues to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for customers.
- Allocate resources effectively and coordinate team duties to meet service standards.
- Inspire and lead a team, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety regulations.
- Monitor the day-to-day operation, ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service.
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of leading and motivating teams.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to coordinate operations efficiently.
- Pool Lifeguard Qualification (essential).
- Pool Plant Operator - qualification obtained within 6 months for successful candidate.
- Full driving license.
- If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to carry out a Disclosure Scotland check.
