Community Support Workers (up to 25hours per week)

The people we care for and support require assistance across a range of times including daytime, evenings and weekends and it is essential that you have the flexibility to work any of these shifts on a rota basis. They also require their staff to be able to fully participate in their lives, and driving their vehicles or going on holiday may be part of this.

Whilst it is not essential to have experience in care work, it is essential that you have the enthusiasm, values and commitment to support people.

Presently the entry level is £12.00 per hour (pro rata of 39 hours £24,336 per annum) with potential to progress to £13.22 (pro rata of 39 hours £26,810 per annum), subject to performance, qualifications and experience.

We invest in sector essential training, free DBS, and discretionary bonus scheme.
