**As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the firm. Your responsibilities will include. **- Processing sales orders, credit notes, receipts and entering data into accounting software.
- Recording all the company expenses and purchase invoices.
- Checking the company's income and expenses.
- Preparing the sales reports through finance software.
- Managing employee expense claims.
- Helping the management team with general sales and accounts administrative tasks.
- credit control by chasing the client's overdue invoices.
**Skills**
**We are keen to speak with individuals who are able to demonstrate:**- Effective communication skills, as you will liaise with various departments and external stakeholders.
- You will bring a wealth of experience in accounting or finance roles, coupled with a keen attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
- A relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance is required, and experience in the legal industry will be considered a significant advantage
