Senior BD Executive part-time
Job Opportunity: Senior BD Executive (Part-time) 3 Days A Week
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior BD Executive to join our law firm. This part-time role requires working three days a week, from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with occasional additional hours as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Head of BD & Marketing and BD Manager in executing the firm's Business Development, Marketing, and Communication initiatives.
- Assist in the preparation and tracking of BD plans for various practice areas and sector groups.
- Manage CRM systems for tracking BD leads, opportunities, and relationships.
- Contribute to high-quality legal directory submissions and pitch materials.
- Prepare and manage BD activity reports and KPI analysis.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of BD experience within a legal environment.
- Exceptional writing, organizational, and planning skills.
- Proficiency in IT tools: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems.
- CIM qualification or working towards it.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain attention to detail.
