Warehouse Operative

Your pay rate as a Warehouse Operative:
Non Parity (Before 12 weeks of service):
- Basic rate: £10.88 per hour | Rotating shift (4 on 4 off): £12.95 per hour | Rotating days (4 on 4off): £11.92 per hour | Rotating nights (4 on 4off): £14.55 per hour | Overtime rate: £16.31 per hour | Bank Holiday: £23.54 per hour
Parity (After 12 weeks of service):
- Basic rate: £11.04 per hour | Rotating shift (4 on 4 off): £13.25 per hour | Rotating days (4 on 4off): £11.92 per hour | Rotating nights (4 on 4off): £14.85 per hour | Overtime rate: £16.61 per hour | Bank Holiday: £23.84 per hour
**Under 18's will be given £10.42 per hour**
Your role as a Warehouse Operative:You will be in-loading and unloading trailers, tray washing, baling. Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy including keeping gangways clear and litter removal. Operating conveyors in compliance with Health and Safety. The Warehouse Operative role is physical so you must enjoy the work of a physical nature.
Other duties as a warehouse operative may be required.
Typical shift and working hours as a Warehouse Operative:
- Day shift: 6am to 6pm | 6am to 2:45pm | 7am to 3:45pm
- Night shift: 10pm to 6am |6pm to 6am
- Any other working times can be considered
