Regional Operations Manager - Wolverhampton

£72,000 + £3,500 Car Allowance / 37.5 hours / Perm / Days / Midlands

My client is a well respected health care provider with 28 homes across the country who are now looking for a Regional Operations Manager to look after 5 homes located in Buckingham, Coventry, Codsall, Matlock and possibly Sheffield. With an excellent Senior Management set up this is a fantastic opportunity to join a successful and forward thinking provider.

• Salary - £72,000 + £3,500 care allowance

• Oversee and manage multiple home care locations within the region
• Ensure high-quality care is provided to clients in accordance with company standards
• Develop and implement strategies to meet operational goals and objectives
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of each location and make necessary adjustments
• Provide leadership and guidance to location managers and staff
• Collaborate with other regional managers to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies

• Strong leadership and management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate tasks
• Knowledge of home care industry regulations and best practices
• Experience in medication administration
