As our Director of Social Media, you will lead and inspire our social media teams across multiple markets, ensuring best-in-class execution, innovation, and client satisfaction.
You will be responsible for refining and optimizing our Social Media Management service, fostering strong client relationships, and driving high-performance results across teams in Germany, Italy, and beyond.

Tasks- You oversee and mentor a team of 10+ Social Media Managers across different regions, fostering a high-performance culture, setting clear goals, and providing continuous development opportunities
- You optimize and innovate our Social Media Management service by leveraging the latest tools, AI technologies, and engagement strategies to stay ahead of industry trends
- You act as the primary strategic partner for Tier A clients, ensuring campaign success, leading presentations, and maintaining high client satisfaction
- You oversee all social media deliverables, ensuring content, campaigns, and strategies meet Pulse Advertising’s high standards while maintaining efficiency and adherence to scope and deadlines
- You align and coordinate teams across Germany, Italy, and other key markets, ensuring a unified global approach while tailoring strategies to local market needs.
- You are a proven leader with experience managing high-performing teams in social media, marketing, or digital advertising
- You have a deep understanding of social media trends and can translate data-driven insights into impactful strategies
- You are client-focused and skilled at managing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction
- You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and can seamlessly collaborate across multiple markets and cultures
- You are results-driven with a track record of delivering high-quality campaigns that meet business objectives
