Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Primary Care Pharmacist to join a dynamic team in Oxford on a temporary basis through an agency contract. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing pharmaceutical care to patients, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications, and supporting the overall healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct medication reviews and provide expert advice on the use of medicines.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.

Requirements:
- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
