Base Maintenance Training Coordinator - STN

Due to our continued growth, AES in association with their client airline are recruiting for a Base Maintenance Training Standards Coordinator to join the Engineering Training Standards department. Within the job role, we are looking for someone who will promote training and be an ambassador to support the highest standards that we already maintain to the company.

REPORTS TO: BASE MAINTENANCE TRAINING MANAGER, STN Based

Principal duties of the Base Maintenance Coordinator will include, but are not limited to:

• Updating MRO employee training records via AMOS;
• Issuance of MRO training course records when requested;
• Creation of Employee Training Reports when requested;
• Monitoring the mandatory training of MRO employees;
• Scheduling training courses;
• Controlling classroom usage;
• Controlling instructor alignment to courses;
• Processing enrolment of staff onto training courses;
• Responsible for archiving all paperwork from courses;
• Maintain training registers for MRO training department;
• Password Resets for Learning Management System
• Controlling Assessment Materials;
• Responsible for notifying management team of instructor availability;
• Booking HOTAC at BM Training Managers request;
• Liaise with respective HR departments on training and recruitment;
• Act as a focal for correspondence between local training providers and the MRO;
• Act as local MRO Exam Invigilator when requested;
• Sending notification of courses running to base maintenance staff;
• Assist other BM sites where designated by the BM Training Manager;
• Report any error on training material to the BM Training Manager;
• Report any training department necessities to the BM Training Manager;
