Position Summary: As a Multitrade Operative, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide timely and expert services. You will be responsible for carrying out various jobs efficiently and to the highest standard. This role requires a versatile skillset, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Groundworks
- Bricklaying
- Roofing
- Plastering
- Carpentery
- Plumbing
- Tiling
- Collaborate with other team members, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, leaving each job site in a presentable condition.
- Communicate effectively with clients, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Adhere to project schedules and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a multitrade operative or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping purposes.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Own tools required
