Interim Finance Director
Your new company
Our client is aprestigious school based in the Bury area, they are looking for a FinanceDirector to support on an interim basis until Christmas with the potential for extension. Your will be reporting to thePrincipal and play a vital role within the school.
Your new role
As the Interim Finance Director you will be a part of theExecutive team and play a key part of the strategicplanning You will be responsible for;- Workingwith the Principal and Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement theschool's strategic vision
- Responsible for allfinancial and accounting procedures and processes within the school
- Managinga team of 6 covering Finance and Catering
What you'll need to succeed
You will have:
- Previous experience working at a Finance Director level
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Experience in the education sector, particularly the Independent Sector, would be an advantage.
- Able to work flexibly to meet deadlines and respond to unplanned situations
- Awareness of the responsibilities of working in an environment with young people.
