Learning and Development Partner

What you'll be doing::

As our Learning and Development Partner, you'll work across all areas of the business, leading the development and execution of our People Strategy. Your focus will be on organisational development projects that enhance employee and leadership capability, ensuring our people are set up for success now and in the future.

Additionally you'll:

  • Ensure the appropriate training solutions are in place to address current and future skills gaps.
  • Be the architect of a high-performance culture across the group, where every employee understands their role and its contribution to the business’s success.
  • Engage with the entire organisation and collaborate closely with Senior Managers, including executive-level leaders.
  • Drive regular touchpoints to holistically review and assess our culture and management capability.

We want to hear from you if you::

  • Have a proven track record in organising, delivering and tracking value add training solutions across multiple areas of a business, with a particular focus on technology
  • Have the ability to influence senior leaders and build high quality, sustainable business partnering relationships
  • Have experience of delivering leadership/team effectiveness workshops
  • Have a good network of external partners to help with all things relating to organisational effectiveness
