0-19 Team Administrator
Job overview
We are currently looking to recruit a part time, Band 2 Administrator to join our innovative, enthusiastic and dynamic 0-19 Admin services.
The post holder will be responsible for providing effective and efficient clerical and administrative support to teams of healthcare professionals within the 0-19 services.
The post holder will be required to work as part of a team at a community base and provide cross cover during periods of staff absence.
Please note this post requires regular VDU work.
Main duties of the job- To ensure the smooth running of office systems within the 0-19 service.
- To ensure all office systems are cohesive and responsive to the needs of the 0-19 delivery model.
- To support the 0-19 service with all administrative duties and office systems to ensure the smooth running of service workstreams.

Qualifications
Essential criteria- NVQ2 in administration or equivalent experience/ qualification
- PARIS trained
- Child Health trained
- System 1 trained
Knowledge, Training, Experience
Essential criteria- Good IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
- Ability to organise and prioritise workload
- Experience of managing diaries, emails, and other task
- Experience of organising team meetings and group sessions
- Satisfactory level of administrative competence. Ability to demonstrate good level of accuracy
- Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with a wide range of people in a professional manner
- NHS of healthcare experience or experience of working in the public sector
- Experience of working in a clerical role
- Understanding of the Data Protection Act.
- Knowledge of Information Governance with regard to maintaining confidentiality of person identifiable information
- Knowledge of/willingness to use spread sheets
