We are working with a number of reputable firms across Kent seeking experienced Locum Private Client Solicitors to support their teams on a short- to medium-term basis.
The Role
As a Locum Solicitor, you will hit the ground running with a broad caseload of private client matters, including:
- Drafting and advising on Wills
- Probate and estate administration
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Trusts and inheritance tax planning
- Court of Protection work
You’ll be supported by friendly teams and competent support staff, though you’ll be expected to work with minimal supervision.
Requirements- 3+ years' PQE in Private Client (strong experience essential)
- Ability to manage a full caseload independently
- STEP qualification is desirable but not essential
- Familiarity with case management systems
- Flexible working options: on-site, hybrid or remote roles available
- Competitive hourly rates, paid weekly
- Ongoing locum assignments and repeat bookings for the right candidates
- Exposure to a variety of firms - from high street practices to regional firms
