Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the team in a rotational acute NHS ward setting. This role requires expertise in managing complex discharges, conducting cognitive assessments, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services within an acute ward setting.
- Manage and support complex patient discharges.
- Conduct cognitive assessments to aid in patient care planning.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience in acute NHS rotational wards.
- Ability to work independently on complex discharges.
- Strong skills in cognitive assessment.
- HCPC registration.
