You will be expected to manage your own caseload of brain injury cases from inception to resolution, providing excellent levels of representation and support for clients, as well as taking a very active role in the marketing and ongoing development of the team.
Experience required:
You will have a strong understanding of the emotional, medical and legal aspects involved in cases involving injuries of this nature.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to effectively communicate with clients.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to autonomously plan effective case strategies.Experience with business developing and marketing within this area of law.
To be considered for this role you will need to be an experienced personal injury Solicitor with a specialised focus on brain injury cases.
