As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of complex construction projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will range from developing strategic project programmes to securing and administering construction contracts.

The successful candidate will have:

RICS qualification with extensive post-qualification experience
Previous experience working within a property consultancy or similar environment
Expertise in managing large-scale, complex projects
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Enthusiasm, self-motivation, and a desire to progress

Proven track record in developing new business opportunities
