• Understanding customer requirements and undertaking research into specified products and alternative product sourcing
• Analysing market trends and data to identify product recommendations
• Negotiating best value for money
• Developing relationships with stakeholders and suppliers

• Purchasing, supply chain experience or knowledge with a passion to develop a career in procurement
• Excellent communication, engagement and relationship-building skills – the right culture fit is crucial
• Ability to analyse market trends and identify merchandising strategies
• Proactive, flexible and adaptable, willing to learn, team player mentality

• Hybrid work policy, 2-3 days onsite a week in Dorset
• Salary up to £30,000 + excellent benefits
