Join Our Team as a Reach Warehouse Reach Truck Operative in Spalding!
Pay Rate: £13.67/hour for up to 40 hours (breaks included!)Overtime: Earn 1.5x your rate after 40 hours!
Shifts: Rotating Monday to Friday - 06:00–14:00 & 14:00–22:00 (1 day of the weekend on a rota basis: 06:00-16:00)

As a Reach/Warehouse Operative, you'll:
- Operate Reach Trucks to handle stock in static drive-in and mobile racking.
- Pick, assemble, and wrap orders manually.
- Use RDT technology for pallet locating.
- Work in a -25°C freezer environment with unscheduled warm breaks.
- Liaise with supervisors to prioritize tasks.
- Be a key part of a small, collaborative team.
Qualified & Experienced: Reach Truck licence essential.
Team Player: Reliable and ready to contribute to a tight-knit team.
Communicator: Able to communicate clearly in English (written and verbal).
Self-starter: Proactive and able to work on your own initiative.
Flexible: A positive outlook and adaptability are highly valued!
