This leadership role will collaborate with the firm's partners to enhance and grow their Private Client department. The firm prides itself on its innovative use of technology, exceptional customer service, and a positive culture.
ROLE: Senior Private Client SolicitorLOCATION: West SussexSALARY: £45,000 to £60,000 per annumPQE: 3 years’+
This role will be based at the firm's office, with a degree of hybrid working flexibility.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload of private client matter including wills, probate, and estate planning Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including anti-money laundering requirements
Developing strategic business initiatives in collaboration with the companies partners
Person Specification:
A qualified Solicitor or CILEx qualified with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE A strong technical understanding around Private Client Law
A proven track-record of managing full caseload and exceeding billing targets
