Temporary 2 – 3 week role:

Are you looking for some extra income in that run up to Christmas. We are looking for an Receptionist to manage front of house operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for our customers.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the practice.
• Assist customers in completing necessary NHS forms and ensure they are seated and comfortable.
• Handle incoming calls with professionalism, providing information and scheduling appointments.
• Manage appointment bookings and maintain an organised schedule.
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries with accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area to uphold the practice’s professional image.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in a reception or customer service role is preferred.
• Proficiency in using computers and basic office software.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Friendly and professional.
