The Opportunity: Do you have a detail oriented and analytical mindset, ready to dive into data and deliver actionable insights that make a real impact! Working as part of a dynamic team at our client’s offices in South Wales, the Data Analyst will be at the heart of driving insights from product trial data, directly influencing advancements for the company and stakeholders.

You will leverage your strong analytical and communication skills to tackle diverse data challenges and work collaboratively across the company to ensure project needs are met. A fantastic role for an experienced professional, or a graduate, looking to harness their analytical prowess whilst contributing to sustainable farming practices around the world.

Role Responsibilities:

  • To oversee the collection of data from various sources, monitoring the quality to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • To undertake data analysis to derive accurate and meaningful insights from the datasets
  • To create detailed reports on findings and present clear insights to guide the strategic direction of projects
  • To ensure clear and reliable stakeholder communication throughout the process
  • To maintain high levels of data integrity across various sites
  • To actively address analytical challenges while consistently striving to enhance the process
Skills you will need:

Essential:

  • A bachelor's degree qualification in data science, statistics, or a related field
  • Proficient in data analysis tools, software, and methodologies
  • Proven experience of interpreting complex data sets
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for engaging with diverse audiences
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable work style to meet the needs of the business
  • UK driving licence

Desirable:

  • Experience with Python
  • Spanish
