We’re searching for a Head Veterinary Surgeon to lead our wonderful team ,This is a unique chance to drive the ongoing development of our clinical services, raise standards, and mentor our team to help us become a hub of clinical excellence.
With a salary of up to £80,000 (DOE), we’re also offering guaranteed recognition payments for the first six months and a £3,000 relocation package.
What We’re Looking For:
Our new Head Vet will play a crucial role in our surgery’s leadership. We need someone with exceptional clinical skills and a passion for providing top-tier care. The ideal candidate will feel at ease taking on a leadership position, guiding the team with a clear strategic vision, and coaching colleagues to ensure the delivery of evidence-based, gold-standard care.
The role is four days a week with 1:4 weekends. While there are no out-of-hours requirements, we do need the Head Vet to be available for any overnight patients.
Benefits:
Pay: £80,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
