Sales Administrator - Bishop's Stortford
Location: Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire
Salary: £25,000
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8.30am to 5.00pm
- Friday: 8.30am to 4.15pm

Our client, a leading organisation, is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join their team in Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and understand the product range to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
- Target and develop relationships with both new and selected existing accounts.
- Provide support and assistance to the sales team, collaborating to achieve sales targets.
- Handle customer enquiries over the phone, including despatch dates, tracking information, pricing, and technical inquiries.
- Follow up with customers after marketing campaigns to nurture and strengthen relationships.
- Introduce new products to existing customers, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction.
