Learning Support Assistant | Coventry CV5 | £95 - £105 per day | Long-Term to Permanent | Immediate Start

This role plays a key part in fostering an inclusive, supportive environment where students can grow both academically and personally.

• Provide personalised support to help students develop academically, socially, and emotionally.
• Assist with daily activities, ensuring a safe and encouraging space for all students.
• Work alongside teachers and support staff to implement tailored education plans (IEPs).
• Assist in managing behaviour using positive reinforcement strategies.
• Support students in building independence and self-confidence through structured activities.

• Experience working with individuals with special educational needs, ideally in an educational setting.
• A strong passion for helping young people and a commitment to their growth and well-being.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, staff, and families.
• A flexible, solution-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to each student's unique needs.
• Current safeguarding training is a bonus.

• You must have the right to work in the UK.
• An enhanced DBS certificate (child and adult barred list) registered on the online update service, or be willing to apply for one.
• Two professional references covering the last two years.
