Hilden Oaks School & Nursery is a well-established educational setting located in the United Kingdom, dedicated to providing high-quality early years education and care. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years Educator to join our team on a part-time basis, working four days per week.

Position: Early Years Practitioner (Part-Time, 4 Days Per Week)

Role Overview:

As an Early Years Educator at Hilden Oaks School & Nursery, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and learning of young children aged 0-5 years. You will work closely with colleagues to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages curiosity and growth.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience working in an early years setting
  • Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 Diploma in Childcare)
  • Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
  • Ability to plan and deliver engaging activities tailored to individual children's needs
  • Excellent communication skills with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with young children
  • Basic first aid knowledge is desirable
