Assistant Catering manager

The role also involves the serving of meals at break and lunch times.

The successful candidate will be able to cope with the pressure of working in a busy kitchen and will be able to supervise a small team of catering assistants/delivery drivers. Previous kitchen experience is essential, as well as a sound understanding and awareness of food hygiene regulations and standards.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday; 07:00 - 15:00
