Hours per week: 37, Monday – Thursday 8.45am to 5.15pm, Friday 8.45am to 4.45pm
Role Length: This opening assignment is for 1 month, likely to be extended

The purpose of the role is to provide accurate minute and note taking at conference, panel and other statutory meetings. Ensuring minutes are completed within statutory timescales. Accurately record information including statutory registers, statutory cover rotas, case /appeal records whilst ensuring information is stored appropriately.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend Child Protection Conferences and take minutes.Input information / minutes onto our Mosaic system / distribute accordingly.
Taking calls from both professionals and Social Workers to book Case Conference.
Minute taking at Child Protection Conferences.
Qualifications:
2 A Levels, NVQ 2/3 in Business Administration (or equivalent experience)
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.Excellent minute-taking skills required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in calendar management.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite, Adobe Pro).
