Within this Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role, your responsibilities will include:
Running your own caseload of around 90 files on matters such as freehold, leaseholds, re-mortgages, sales and purchases, transfers of equity and new build matters from instruction through to post-completionMaintaining and developing a wide client base
Responding confidently to technical legal requirements
Take part in Business Development Initiatives
Supervising more junior members of the team when necessary
