Hours: Variety of posts available

2x PT posts- 9 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 4 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Or

1x PT post 13 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Also looking for casual workers as Bank staff required also to cover holidays and sickness for hours up to 17 hours per week. (Hours for casual posts will only be offered when available and these posts are not regular weekly work)

Friday 10 30am until 2 30pm

Rate of Pay: £12 per hour Gross as per the current Scottish Living Wage (increasing to £12.60 in April)

Description: A care worker / Personal assistant is required by the employer, a 34-year-old woman, to assist with their personal and social care requirements. They are looking for someone who is reliable, flexible and trustworthy.

• Assisting to access activities in the community
• Assisting with Personal Care (showering only)
• Assisting with preparing meals
• Moving and assisting
• Assisting with attending appointments
• Assisting person with attending to pets
• Assisting the person with attending to general housework
• Any other duties that are relevant and pertinent to the role of carer / personal assistant.

Driving License is essential

The successful applicant should have a good history and experience of providing care and support.

Experience of working with children/older people/people with disabilities/mental health.

SVQ Level 2 or above in health and social care if possible but not required

Applicants must have membership of Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) or be willing to join this scheme.
