Full Time, Permanent role

Salary: £25,200/annum + bonus opportunity + Company Car
Working: Monday - Friday, 37.5hrs per week

Covering: Southampton, Portsmouth, Bournemouth and surrounding areas

At REL Field Marketing, we’re looking for driven and motivated individuals to join one of our Convenience Field Sales teams. This role gives you the fantastic opportunity to take control of your territory, finding and winning new business opportunities in the convenience and independent sector, and selling in fantastic products to increase brand impact and distribution across your area.

You'll use your fantastic relationship building skills to influence key decision makers in store, expand product ranges using your sales data, and ensure that products look engaging and attractive on shelves in store.

Here's what you'll be doing in this Sales Executive role...
  • You'll be taking ownership of and expanding your territory, finding new stores to call on and forging relationships to drive distribution across your territory
  • You'll be activating displays and point of sale, ensuring our brands shine in independent and convenience shops to increase sales for store owners
  • You'll be the ultimate closer, selling in products directly, expanding product ranges, and selling in new product launches

  • A full manual driving license for at least 12 months
  • Previous field sales experience
  • Experience in a convenience / van-sales style role preferred
  • Brilliant communication and customer service skills
  • A real self-starter with a hunger for success and a passion for delivering show-stopping results
  • And of course, the ability to take ownership of your territory like a true champion
