Senior Project Manager
This role is known internally as “Business Readiness and Impact Manager.”

As part of our Business Transformation team, you’ll manage and mentor project managers, and ensure we’re prepared to implement, embed, and sustain transformational change. You’ll manage the businesses’ readiness to receive change, measuring and monitoring it’s impact and ensuring outcomes are aligned with our goals.

- Developing and executing business readiness plans.
- Identifying and addressing risks, including resistance to change, capability gaps, and resource alignment.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and communicating upcoming change, expected impacts, and timelines.
- Designing and implementing frameworks for measuring impact, including key performance indicators and success metrics.
- Driving continuous improvement with data driven insight, communicated to senior leaders.
- Championing a people-first approach to transformation, focusing on employee engagement and adoption of new processes and systems.
- Professional qualifications in change management or project management.
- Experience working within a Transformation Hub or similar change environment, ideally within social housing or a similar sector.
- Extensive experience in business readiness, change management, and impact analysis.
- Leadership skills and strategic thinking.
- Familiarity with data analytics tools would be ideal.
