Role Overview:
As a Real Estate Solicitor, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including national blue-chip companies and regional developers.
You will collaborate with an experienced partner who has a proven track record of success.
Your role will encompass all aspects of residential development, from complex land deals to setting up large, mixed-use developments and unit sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage transactional matters for SMEs and medium-sized enterprises
- Provide expert advice on high-quality real estate work
- Enjoy a high level of autonomy in your role
Areas of Focus:
- Purchasing sites, including those with planning permission for large-scale developments
- Selling development parcels as complex serviced sites
- Entering into Promotion Agreements for long-term development prospects
- Handling the purchase of development sites and subsequent Collaboration Agreements
Candidate Requirements:
- 1+ years of PQE in Real Estate
- Strong experience in residential development
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ideally, experience from a similar firm
