Job Description: Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN)

**Location:** Wellfield Road, Murton, Seaham SR7 9HN
**Position Type:** Part-Time Days (Paid Breaks)
**Salary:** £18.50 per hour
#### Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Staff Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our team at our nursing home. The successful candidate will work closely with the Deputy Manager to ensure the highest standards of care for our residents.

#### Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
  • Administer medication and manage medication rounds effectively.
  • Work autonomously during day shifts, taking charge of shifts as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Deputy Manager to develop and implement care plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Support and mentor junior staff when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
#### Qualifications:
  • Valid NMC pin number.
  • Minimum of three years' experience working as an RGN or RMN, preferably in a nursing home setting.
  • Strong understanding of medication management and care protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
