Applications are invited from individuals with experience of governance, Quality Management Systems and / or Service Improvement and who can demonstrate their delivery of quality and continual improvement in services of the same or similar type.

Being flexible, self-motivated and innovative will be fundamental to your role. The ability to communicate well with senior staff and laboratory teams is essential.

You will work as part of the BSPS quality team and will ensure the provision of a high-quality professional service and compliance to accreditation standards at all times. The departments are fully accredited with UKAS and comply with relevant ISO standards.

A key duty is to facilitate and co-ordinate the Quality Management System in liaison with the Quality Officers and the Lead Quality Manager. This is for the benefit of the users of the service and its staff. This will enable BSPS to become more effective in the delivery of high quality services whilst meeting both regulatory and accreditation requirements.
