• Create and maintain 3D Revit models for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Working both independently and as part of a team
• Conduct thorough reviews of Revit models and drawings to ensure adherence to industry standards, project guidelines, and company protocols.
• Assist in the preparation of design presentations, design development, and construction documents, providing technical expertise and input as needed.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of BIM (Building Information Modelling) standards and best practices within the organisation.
• Provide guidance and training to junior staff members on Revit workflows, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, communicating technical information effectively and addressing client concerns related to Revit models and drawings.

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Revit CAD Technician in the either of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industries
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Knowledge of other relevant software such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, or other BIM-related tools is beneficial
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and clients.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate drawings.
