SFE Services Ltd is an award-winning, family-run air conditioning company, and we’re looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Install Engineer to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
✅ Installing single splits, multi splits, VRF, and VRV systems✅ Commissioning air conditioning systems
✅ Collaborating with team members to complete projects efficiently
✅ Providing leadership and guidance to junior technicians
✅ Liaising with customers and project managers to ensure smooth operations
✅ Ensuring health & safety measures are adhered to at all times
What we need from you:
✅ 5+ years of air conditioning installation experience✅ F-Gas certification & NVQ Level 2 (minimum)
✅ Strong work ethic, good team spirit & a professional attitude
✅ Willingness to travel and stay away when required (expenses covered)
✅ Full UK driving licence & based within 20 miles of High Wycombe
